DC/DC Booster 100A with engine run sensor – Freely programmable:
The DC/DC Booster 100A is mainly designed for the new Euro 5 and 6 engines with intelligent alternator control. Since the alternator regulator closes as soon as the starter battery is fully charged, the auxiliary battery may not be charged further. By using the DC/DC converter, a current of max. 100A can be drawn from the starter battery to feed the auxiliary battery. The BMS recognizes the high current consumption at the starter battery and switches the regulator of the alternator free again.
