Due to our experience, we are aware of the requirements that our products must meet: It is about providing reliable articles with the latest technology that make potential malfunctions or error messages visible or directly prevent them. We achieve this with an industrial touch screen, for instance, which we offer in 7 inch.
Due to the compatibility of our products with each other as well as with other systems, we can offer you - besides an industry touch screen - further products such as sensors, control panels or controls, that facilitate the read-out of relevant data and make it visible on a panel or a display. Instead of several monitors per function or machine, we combine several monitors on one industrial touch screen, thanks to the CAN-bus system. This ensures constant monitoring of procedures and processes and also allows for an information transfer in real time via the display in the panel. The touch screen facilitates operation and also allows for functions to be controlled.
Innovations in Use
With the Smartlift control, a successful implementation has been realised: This assembly is used to control glazing robots. With the attached PLC module, the control can be independently programmed by the customer. In the event of a wiring error, the short-circuit detection serves to protect the other components on the assembly from further damage. The outputs are current-monitored, which makes it possible to localise sluggish drives or shafts so that process sequences can be secured and production downtime can be prevented in advance.
