Therefore, vehicles of this type require a variety of functions. CAN bus systems (Controller Area Networks) help to fulfil them.
Controls and CAN Bus Systems
Our inhouse engineers have developed a special control which allows you to cover a large security area in the vehicle. Our products as well as CAN bus systems are utilised in transport vehicles, e.g. money transporters. Due to the differential signal (CAN bus), the control has a particularly low susceptibility to interference. In addition, the programmable logic controller ensures the radio connection to the security centre and is responsible for the reliable opening and closing of the heavy security doors. All statuses are merged in the controller and a corresponding logic link is established.

If vehicle location is required at all times, the CAN bus systems are capable of using a serial RS-232 interface to exchange relevant data with a WLAN router. This enables the position of the vehicle to be detected remotely at all times or, in alarm mode, the doors to be closed automatically.
